The Hearing Services Program provides funding to service providers who deliver hearing services to eligible Australians with hearing loss, including assessments, rehabilitation, and hearing devices.

The Hearing Services Program provides ongoing support and subsidies for essential hearing products and services. If you're eligible, you can access:
1. A free comprehensive hearing assessment
2. Free or subsidised hearing aids (if clinically required)
3. Hearing aid batteries and maintenance for a small annual fee
4. Ongoing personalised support from a qualified hearing clinician
The program offers affordable hearing care to help Australian pensioners and veterans manage hearing loss.
Am I eligible? To be considered for the program, you need to be:
Who is eligible?
Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 26 or older who hold one of the following:
- Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card
- Centrelink Sickness Allowance
- DVA White Card (with hearing loss specified)
- DVA Gold Card
- Current Australian Defence Force membership
- NDIS participation (with referral from an NDIA planner)
